I am aware that sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided. In these circumstances, the following will apply:

  • Minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule/cancel an appointment.
  • If cancelled less than 48 hours a 50% charge will be required.
  • If no notice/cancellation is received on the day of the appointment, full payment is required.

Terms and Conditions of Therapy

I am bound by both the Codes of Ethics and Practice of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP) and The Royal College of Nursing Code of Conduct. If you decide to commence treatment with me you will be required to sign a therapy contract prior to the first session.
